EXCHANGE
Only applicable if there is a manufacturing defect. The product must be dispatched back to Madhyama within 7 days of delivery. once the company receives the product, the customer will receive an email with a voucher code that can be redeemed on the next order.
For size related issues, an exchange is only applicable for a different size of the same product. The customer cannot buy any other item. The customer should courier the product along with a note mentioning the size you require and the order number (courier charges of Rs.200/- will be deducted from the bill amount). The company will then send you the same product in a bigger or smaller size, as per the customer`s note.
In case of product being wrongly delivered, the customer should send it back to the company and the company will refund the courier charges.
NOTE:
- The customer should not forget to send the note and the shipment copy/bill copy which is placed on the parcel as failure to do this could result in the exchange request being denied.
- All sale & discounted purchases are not exchangeable .
- In certain special cases of exchanging one product for another, the company deducts a handling and shipping cost of Rs. 250/-

RETURN
Not applicable if the customer is unsatisfied or does not like the product upon receiving it. The website provides detailed description of each product and commits to bringing precise products as depicted on the site. But small discrepancies may occur due to photography and lighting.
NOTE:
- The company suggests that the customer read the product descriptions and its policies carefully before any purchase.

REFUND
Only applicable if the product received by the customer is not the same as the one ordered (as per the bill copy) or if the product is already damaged on arrival.
