SHIPPING
For deliveries in India, taxes and duties are included in
the product price, as listed on the website.
For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes will be borne by the
customer, payable to the company’s shipping partner at the time of delivery.
The amount to be paid towards the duties depends on the policies of the
destination country.

DELIVERY
The
product will be shipped within 48 hours of the order placement. Once shipped, the
order shall be delivered to you in 5-7 working days.
All
international orders are shipped within 10-15 working days after order
placement.
Please
note, certain pieces of jewelry may be delivered in 10-15 working days in case
of inventory unavailability.
If
the customer opts for prepaid express shipping, the order will be delivered in
10 business days. Please call us between 12 to 6 PM regarding the same.
If
the customer opts for self-collection, they must email the company at madhyamajaipur@gmail.com with
the order number and inform the company of their intent to collect the product themselves,
upon order confirmation.
Self-collection
is only available till 1 day after the order is ready. Once the customer opts
for self-collection, they must collect the order within 2 working days of
receiving the confirmation mail. If they fail to do so, the company will
courier the product to the shipping address stated by the customer while
placing the order.

COURIER
While
products are shipped out within 48 hours of payment verification, this excludes
weekends & public holidays.
Delivery
takes 6-8 business days excluding the time taken for payment verification &
administrative processes.
The
company will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and
tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. The customer can follow up
with the courier company after that as the company can only help provide the
status of the order and its location. All deliveries are trackable and
100% insured.
The customer or whoever receives the order (at the shipping address) will be
required to sign for the package. If no one is at the address to receive the
order, only 2 re-delivery attempts will be made. The customer will be contacted
by the courier company for a suitable time for re-delivery.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
These
charges are calculated and applied by local authorities, and the company cannot
determine which products would require clearance at their destination country.
All
customs and duties levied on international orders shall be borne by the
customer. The company will not be able to assist in estimating this additional
cost, either before or after an order is placed.

CANCELLATION BY MADHYAMA
If
the company is unable to fulfill an order in 20 days for any reason, the order
will be canceled. Madhyama reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at
our sole discretion.
Some
situations that may result in order cancellation at the company’s end include
inventory limitations; purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing
information; or problems identified by Madhyama’s credit and fraud avoidance
department. The company may also require additional verification or information
before accepting an order.
The
company will contact the customer if all or any part of the order is canceled,
or if we require additional information to process the order.
If
an order is canceled after the customer’s credit card has been charged the said
amount will be reversed back to their card account. Refunds will be initiated
for all canceled prepaid orders, and the customer will be intimated.
In
case a customer doesn’t receive the refund or has any queries or complaints
regarding the same, they can reach the company at madhyamajaipur@gmail.com for
faster assistance.
NOTE:
It
takes 7-8 days for the refund amount to reflect in the account.
The customer agrees to the above policy stipulations as soon as they place an
order with Madhyama and shall not dispute any decisions made by Madhyama
regarding cancellations.
